Provides a safe, supportive environment for homeless adults with a substance use disorder and other behavioral health issues who are interested in pursuing treatment. The goal is to provide a therapeutic alternative to incarceration. Staff/EMT on site provide medical and behavioral health screenings at intake and medical monitoring throughout a client's stay. Case managers offer referrals to detoxification, inpatient treatment, medication assisted treatment and other social services.
