Call, e-mail, or write to Angle Lake Court site coordinators for preliminary application. Site Coordinators place eligible applicants' names on an interest list. When a vacancy occurs, the list is reviewed, and applicants are contacted based on household size, income criteria, and spot on interest list. The final stage in the process entails a final application, background/reference checks, an interview, and a screening fee. To keep the interest list current, applicants are asked to contact the site with updated contact information. Visit the website and contact individual housing sites directly for up-to-date availability and application instructions, or to check on the status of an application.
Rents vary by unit and are set in alignment with the affordable rent limits of the LIHTC and HOME Programs. The screening fee should not create a barrier to application.
