When a vacancy occurs, list is reviewed and applicants are contacted based on household size, income criteria and spot on interest list. Final stage in process entails a final application, background/reference checks, interview and screening fee. To keep interest list current, applicants are asked to contact the site with updated contact information. Visit website and contact individual housing sites directly for up-to-date availability and application instructions, or to check on the status of an application.

Cannot serve sex offenders; applicants with other past felonies considered on a case-by-case basis.
