Provides the following basic necessities for families facing homelessness with young children: - Diapers - Wipes - Baby formula

Call and complete an initial assessment with an intake volunteer.
Eligibility
Families with babies and toddlers who are staying in: - Emergency shelters - Hotels paid for by service agency vouchers - Vehicles - A place not meant for human habitation - Rooms not meant for sleeping or living on the streets, including in abandoned buildings. - Staying w/ friends or family temporarily - Couch surfing - Temporary transitional housing or low-income housing
