Eligibility
Those that live within the counties of Clallam, Jefferson, and King counties. Must have a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Must be uninsured or have insurance that doesn't cover the full cost of health check-ups or services like mammogram or Pap test. Breast exams and cervical screenings:
  • Adults of all genders ages 40-64 who are at risk of developing breast or cervical cancer.
  • Adults ages 35+ with pronounced breast development who are experiencing cancer-like symptoms are also eligible.
  • Adults ages 65+ who are ineligible for Medicare

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday
