Fill out an application ONSITSE at Quail Ridge ONLY. If approved, need 3rd party verification to qualify.

Fee

Call to confirm the following information. Current Rent: $1,072 for 2-Bedroom with $ 300 deposit; $1,235 for 3-bedroom with $350 deposit; $1,374 for 4-bedroom with $400 deposit. There is a $16 non-refundable application fee. Additional monthly charge for washer & dryer: $60 for the set or $40 each. Residents can also install their own washer & dryer with previous WD authorization and take full responsibility of any damages. There is also the option to rent a car port for $25 a month.

Must pass background check, must meet income requirements, limit of two persons per bedroom, one pet per unit. Quail Ridge has a limit of two persons per bedroom; will accept pets (no more than 2 restrictions apply) for a deposit of $400—one per unit and under 20 lbs.
