Four packages are available, but the comprehensive package is the one that is more likely to be accepted by landlords to satisfy their tenant screening requirements.
If applying within the city of Seattle, it is recommended to order a package that does not include a criminal report.

Basic Report w/out criminal: $31.95
Basic Report with criminal: $35.95
Comprehensive w/out Criminal: $45.95

Provides comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. The report contains credit, criminal (if purchased), eviction, employment and rental history.
Once the report has been purchased, MyScreeningReport.com uploads the report to a secure website and provides a password that applicants can share with housing providers.
Password is valid for 30 days.
Landlords with the password can log in and see the report at no cost.
The Reusable Tenant Screening Report may be accepted by landlords to satisfy their tenant screening requirements.
Applicants should ask potential landlords prior to purchasing the report if they will accept it for that purpose. \
