For Island County residents at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines. - Priority services given to households with individuals who are disabled, have children in the home under the age of 5 and seniors.

8:30am to 4:30pm from Monday through Thursday and 8:30am to 12pm on Fridays

Program to reduce energy bills and increase the comfort zone in homes by making them more weather tight and energy efficient.  Comprehensive home energy audit to determine causes for energy consumption.  Households must be at or below 150% of poverty guidelines set up by the federal government. House/Mobile must have been built prior to 1995.
