Eligibility
King County homeowners and tenants living outside the city limits of Seattle, in single-family units, mobile homes and qualified apartment buildings.
Apartment buildings may qualify if 50% or more of the tenants are income-eligible.
Gross household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, or 60% of Area Median Income.

- Air Sealing (Foam Sealant, Weather-stripping and Caulking) to prevent drafts
- Insulation
- Ventilation
- Minor repairs to accommodate energy saving measures
