Applicant must have a need for services due to disability.   Must demonstrate inability to manage either their personal or financial affairs and be at risk for abuse, neglect or exploitation.

M-F, 8am-noon, 1-4pm.

Acts as legal guardian of person and/or conservator, trustee or attorney-in-fact for individuals with cognitive disabilities or who are frail/elderly or severely injured. Advises families and relatives of individuals with disabilities on services related to guardianships, trusts and powers of attorney.
