Provides emergency financial assistance for various needs, such as: -  Rent -  Move-in (first month's rent only) -  Utilities -  Food -  Transportation (bus and/or ferry) -  Laundry (provides coins for nearby laundromat Tu, 1-2pm) -  Medical costs - Showers (at the church Th, 6-7pm)
