Maternity Housing & Support offered at Road to Hope

Pregnant women age 18 or older who are in crisis (homeless, fleeing an abuser, etc.). Women can be pregnant and have an additional child under the age of 3 depending on program capacity.
M-F, 9am-5pm.

Interpreter services

Call for appointment or complete form on website. A full interview with program staff is required for residential services.

Main maternity home is free. Transitional and graduate housing has small monthly program fee.

Description

Provides stable, secure, and nurturing residential care in a home environment for pregnant women and women with children. Residents may stay at any point through their pregnancy and stay up to approximately one year after the birth of their baby. Residents have access to additional support with gaining OB/GYN care, high school/GED education completion, gaining employment, budgeting, individual counseling, advocacy and case management, developing parenting skills, and support working towards family reunification. Participation in faith-based worship service of choosing is required. Accepts mothers with one additional child, when capacity allows. Does not accept couples or individuals with pets of any kind.

Residents may stay through their pregnancy and approximately one year after the birth of their baby. Moms may be eligible for graduate housing after graduating the main program.
