Water and Sewer customers who are over the age of 65 or older, or disabled. Household must meet the income guidelines set by the city council. Account must be in he applicant's name.

7:30am to 5:30pm from Monday through Thursday

Visit the website for the rate reduction application. Then drop off the completed form to City Hall. Bring all necessary documentation.
