DACA Renewal Clinics offered at Northwest Immigrant Rights Project in Seattle
Offers legal clinics to renew work permit via Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Helps to verify eligibility, and ensuring forms are accurate to submit renewal. Documents are reviewed by a volunteer legal advocate or attorney.

Visit website to self-schedule for clinic at https://nwirp.org/daca/register/ or call local office to schedule an appointment at the clinic. Clinics are free to the public but require an appointment or pre-registration. Individuals wishing to make an appointment should call and note that they want to sign up for the DACA renewal legal clinic. These appointments are mostly remote, over the phone.

Eligibility
Assists immigrants who already have DACA status and need to renew. Must be living in Washington state. Work permit (EAD) should still be valid or expired within less than 9 months. Must have no new criminal history or arrest history since last DACA renewal. In the case someone with DACA status doesn't meet these requirements, they will need contact the DreamLine 855-313-7326 or Seattle office reception at 206-587-4009 Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to be considered for services.
