Provides preschool children of low-income families with a comprehensive program to meet their emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs. Head Start program offers: - Preschool education geared to children's developmental needs. - Health, nutrition and family support services. - Literacy, leadership and employment training opportunities for parents. - Services for homeless children and families. ECEAP program offers: - Preschool experience which celebrates diversity and is geared to the individual child. - Nutritious family-style meals. - Medical, dental, vision and hearing screenings. - Health and nutrition education for children and families. - Parent groups and classes. - Job training and employment programs for parents.

Provides comprehensive medical, dental, family health planning and social services. Multilingual family health workers provide health advocacy and community resource education for limited English-speaking seniors. Provides chemical dependency treatment services. Outpatient behavioral health clinics provide individual and family counseling, youth anger management, as well as bilingual domestic violence survivor and chemical dependency support groups. Operates a combined Head Start/ECEAP preschool classroom. Provides WIC services.
