Accepts Medicaid: United Behavioral Healthcare, Molina, CHPW, Amerigroup, AI/AN. For individuals who are not Medicaid-eligible a sliding scale fee is offered based on the individuals income and family size. Accepts Medicaid for Drug and Alcohol Assessments. Alcohol and drug information school is $75. Accepts private insurance, and offers sliding scale for those that qualify.

Offers intensive inpatient and a recovery house with substance use disorder and co-occurring capable behavioral services in a live-in residential setting. Separate facilities for men and women. Provides Native American support services as well as outreach for homeless individuals with chronic substance abuse and mental health disorders to assist with moving toward stabilization. Clients must bring their suboxone prescription with them. Agency provides DBHR-certified services.
