Offers support meetings for individuals and families of individuals with a mental health condition such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and post traumatic stress disorder. Provides information for those who are interested in the areas of education, support, and advocacy for those whose lives are affected by mental health challenges. Also offers Family to Family, a free 8-week course designed to educate families and loved ones one individuals living with mental health conditions. This is course is taught by trained volunteers and covers all aspects of mental health conditions and treatment.
