Eligibility
All LGBTQ+ identifying individuals ages 14 and older.
We request a 21-day window period between your last possible exposure and the date of your appointment in order to maintain test accuracy.

10am to 6pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Fridays, 1am to 6pm on Thursdays, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV/STI testing six days per week. Testing includes Rapid HIV Testing (finger poke), HIV antibody testing, and screening for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and Hep C.
For those unable to access Gay City’s in-person services, we also offer At-Home Testing throughout King County.
