Free Glasses offered at OneSight

Eligibility

Participants must have a letter of recommendation verifying financial and eyewear need from a local non-profit.   The letter must be on the organization's letterhead and must include the organization's tax ID number.   Must also have a prescription from within the past two years.   Demonstration of need may vary based on the non-profit.

Hours

M-F, 8am-5pm, EST.

Application process

Call OneSight to find the closest participating store.   Then call LensCrafters, Sears Optical, Target Optical, and corporately owned Pearle Vision stores to make an appointment. When calling to make an appointment, let the optical center know you are participating in the OneSight program.
