If traveling on Hwy 101, take Hwy 110, follow for approximately 14 miles, turn right onto Quileute Heights, enter parking lot on the first left
Eligibility
Pregnant people, new and breast and chest feeding parents, infants, and children under age 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and who have a nutrition risk.
Must be an enrolled tribal member or descendent of an enrolled tribal member.
