Eligibility is primarily based on health insurance status, income, and age. Must be uninsured or underinsured, ages 21-64, and at or below 250% of the federal poverty level. Call for more details.

  • Colon screenings (using simple take-home kits) for men and women
  • Follow-up tests to find out if treatment is needed
  • Assistance with finding resources for treatment
