Parent Child Assistance Program offered at Brigid Collins Family Support Center in Whatcom

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older, pregnant and/or parenting a child up to 2 years of age, residing in Whatcom or Skagit counties, and at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
