Eligibility

  • Individuals and families living in or moving to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, or Issaquah.
  • Bellevue, Redmond, and Sammamish: Household income at or below 80% AMI.
  • Kirkland: Household income at or below 60% AMI.
  • Issaquah: Only move-in assistance, eviction prevention/rental assistance, and mortgage assistance are available. The full LSP program is not offered. Household income must be at or below 80% AMI.
  • For financial assistance: Must be behind on rent or mortgage and have not received financial assistance through the program within the past 12 months.
  • Households with an eviction notice, move-in statement, eviction summons, 14-day notice or 30-day notice are prioritized for financial assistance.

Assists participants with identifying needs and developing goals related to basic needs, education, housing stability, immigration applications, mental health referrals, and other areas. May provide limited financial assistance for move-in costs, eviction prevention, or mortgage payments.
