Focus Population

  • LGBTQ Individuals
Provides financial assistance to help transgender individuals through the transition process. Some of these expenses can be for things such as official name changing, birth certificate changes, binders, wigs, appropriate clothing, electrolysis and copays to providers. The financial grants will go to providers of services not the individual and are capped at $300 per person for 12 months.
