Eligibility
Paralyzed veterans and their families. Must have been separated from the service in the Armed Forces under conditions other than dishonorable.
Hours
Tu-Th, 10am-4:30pm.

Call to arrange a meeting.   If necessary, may be able to meet in areas convenient for client.

To advocate and foster a comprehensive and effective rehabilitation program for its members, as well as non-members, to include a thorough physical rehabilitation; physiotherapy; active sports programs; academic, vocational and educational counseling; psychological counseling and indicated occupational therapy.

Helps clients negotiate with the Veterans Administration, file for compensation, and receive full benefits. Advocates for full implementation of Title V (Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973) and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Also offers support services including peer counseling, mental health services, and referrals to related support programs and adaptive sports & recreational activities.
