Eligibility

No restrictions.  Program treats all despite poly-substance, co-occurring, or housing status.  Main reason for discharge from program is diversion, non-compliance and ongoing opiate abuse despite max doses of buprenorphine and ramping-up of counseling.

Provides suboxone in an outpatient SUD treatment program setting. Primary care services are also offered but not required. Same day induction is offered for highly motivated clients otherwise induction typically occurs within 4 business days of initial phone contact. Patients are encouraged to participate in therapy to give treatment the best chance of success.
