Eligibility

HIV positive individuals who reside in King, Island, and Snohomish Counties who are at or below 500% the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Must have eligibility through the Department of Health Early Intervention Program (EIP). Call for more information.

M-F, 8:30am-5pm.
