Eligibility

Youth ages 3 yrs and older who have an open DCYF child welfare case or are receiving Independent Living services. Does not reimburse for activities that have already been completed or already purchased equipment. Serves youth in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, Island, and San Juan counties.

W Sa, 9:30am-1pm.

Application process

Complete online request form. Families will be notified if their request is approved within two weeks.

Focus Population

  • Foster Youth
Helps youth in foster care attend camps, participate in sports, and engage in extracurricular and enrichment activities. Funding is limited and not all requests are granted. Yearly limit of $300 per foster child if available.
