Provides a range of free food and nutrition services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS or other chronic illnesses or disabilities that have caused them to be homebound. The program delivers prepared frozen meals and/or groceries to homebound clients.  Special diets are accommodated.  Meals are packaged in a microwave safe container and delivered frozen to the client for easy re-heating.  Grocery bags include fresh produce, proteins and shelf-stable items.   The program also operates several pickup centers throughout King County for caregivers or clients with some mobility.
