Eligibility

Washington state law says teens can get these services without parental consent and are confidential. Our Teen Clinic serves: • Teens who are 20 years old and under. • Straight, gay, lesbian, bi, trans, queer, and questioning teens. We do not judge you based on who you have sex with. • All people including people of any race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ability to pay and immigration status.

Appointments: M-Th, 9am-6pm F, 8am-5pm. Teen Clinic Walk-Ins: W, 1-5pm.

Application process

Visit during the Teen Clinic walk-in hours or call for an appointment. All Public Health clinics make appointments for teens when clinics are open. We offer same day or next-day appointments, when available.

Fees

• Services are free or low cost. • No one is denied service due to inability to pay.   • People without insurance or who don’t want to use their insurance are welcome • Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Family Planning Only Medicaid, and private insurance.

Teen Clinic is a walk-in clinic once a week at each of the four Public Health clinics in Auburn, Federal Way, Kent and Bellevue. Teens are also able to schedule an appointment or walk-in other times during the week. Teen Clinics offer confidential sexual and reproductive health services: • Birth control: pills, patch, ring, Depo shot, IUDs, and Implants • Emergency contraception (Plan B, ELL or IUD) • Free condoms and other safer sex items • Pregnancy tests and options counseling with information about parenting, adoption, and abortion • Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV testing and STI treatment. • Provides HPV vaccine • Provides PrEP services.  PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV.
