Southeast Communications (SECOMM) is a division of Benton County Emergency Services. SECOMM provides 9-1-1 and non-emergency telecommunications for Benton and Franklin Counties in eastern Washington. SECOMM provides emergency dispatching to public safety agencies within Benton and Franklin Counties along with Fire/EMS dispatch to the Burbank area of Walla Walla County.

Benton County Emergency Services (BCES)

Benton County Emergency Services (BCES) provides emergency services for residents of Benton and Franklin Counties. Benton County Emergency Management (BCEM) is one division of BCES; the other is Southeast Communications (SECOMM). BCEM provides emergency management for all of Benton County to minimize the impact of disasters on the people, property, economy, and environment of Benton County, thereby enhancing the safety of all Benton County Residents. SECOMM is the 911 center for Benton and Franklin Counties in Eastern Washington. Dispatch service is provided to all law enforcement, fire/EMS, and emergency response agencies within both counties, along with Walla Walla Fire District #5 in Walla Walla County.
