Description

Serves the whole family, because just one member’s HIV status affects the whole family. Offers community-building events including two family camp weekends per year and quarterly picnics and parties. Mentors spend time with children, teens, and young adults twice every month. Visits or calls each family and young adult, and send innumerable notes, cards, and social media posts of affirmation and encouragement. Also has support groups for HIV-positive teens, adults, and parents of HIV-positive teens. REACH provides the community, tools, and cheerleading to claim joy, build hope, and flourish.
