Eligibility
For adults 18 years or older experiencing co-occurring behavioral health and substance issues, who require additional recovery time.

Admission to the recovery treatment center is by referral by Kitsap Menthal Health's Pathways Substance Use Disorder Program or Crisis Triage Center.

Offers a 16-bed integrated recovery treatment center to help patients with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Patients stay on a voluntary basis for a variable length of time depending on their needs and will have an individualized discharge plan with post discharge follow-up. Treatment plans include:
- Comprehensive assessment, including psychiatric and factors pertaining to addiction
- Medication assisted treatment options
- Group therapy
- Introduction to multiple outpatient recovery models to ensure care is individualized
- Psychiatric and medical referrals as needed
- Discharge Planning and referrals
