District Court offered at Benton County Justice Center

Manages a court of limited jurisdiction involving misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor actions committed in violation of State/County statues or County/Municipal ordinances. All matters involving traffic including traffic and parking infractions, Temporary Orders for protection from domestic violence, Civil actions involving $50,000 or less and Small Claims up to $4000. This Court also handles preliminary appearances on 72 hour holds for felony charges.
