Group usually meets in the cardiac rehab classroom.
Eligibility
Any person who has experienced a heart attack, undergone any surgical cardiac procedure or has a heart condition.
Family members and caregivers are also welcome.
Hours
Chapter meetings: 1st Th, 2pm-3:30pm
Application process
Drop-in, or call for information.
Fees
No fee for information or first time visitors.
$25 yearly membership for those who wish to join.
Membership also includes a subscription to Heartbeat magazine.
