Low-income youth ages 16-24 who are: - Have experienced homelessness or temporary housing - Have been involved in the foster care system - Legally allowed to work in the United States

Juma’s YouthConnect program offers complete financial literacy workshops, college and career readiness workshops and soft skills development while also participating in internships. Youth participating in this program are hired by Juma to work concessions in the stadiums at minimum wage.
