From NE State Highway 104 turn south onto Lindvog Rd NE. Turn left onto NE West Kingston Rd.  Turn left onto Dulay Rd NE.

Eligibility

Single adults, parents with children, families and teens. The shelter does not allow pets. The only animals allowed in the shelter are trained service dogs, and owners must specify their qualifications to enter.

Application process

Visit in person when open. Intake begins at 6pm-9pm.

Operates an overnight severe weather shelter and also provides showers and ready-to-eat meals for residents in North Kitsap. Shelter opens only during extreme weather conditions, such as freezing temperatures, heavy rain, and wind.
