Prescribes Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications. Can offer microdosing for Fentanyl use. Clinic can administer Sublocade injections as well. Same day appointment is possible depending on prescriber availability. Medication is prescribed same day however it can take 24-48 hrs for pharmacy to fill medications. Can prescribe to both adults and adolescents with parental consent. Accepts pregnant women and poly-substance users on a case by case basis. Counseling is not a requirement to be enrolled in the program. All WA Apple Health plans except Wellpoint and CHPW are accepted. Operated in partnership with Ideal Option.

Connects people with community resources to help meet basic needs such as clothing, blankets, food, household items, personal hygiene products, transportation and more. Provides Head Start, community activities on site, and information and referrals to community programs as well as assistance with applications such as DSHS, SSI, Whatcom Housing Pool for folks who are unhoused, and employment.
