Pierce County residents interested in health coverage and are unable to sign up for it over the internet or through the Health Care Authority call center.

Hours

Office: M-F, 8am-4pm.

Application process

Call to schedule an appointment. Appointments will typically last 30 minutes. Those without an appointment can stop by an exchange location, although calling first is preferred.

General Disabilities

Provides staff and/or volunteers to help sign people up for healthcare through the Health Plan Finder Portal. In Person Assisters (IPAs) are trained and certified to provide impartial information to help people determine which insurance option best meets their needs. IPAs also help identify a person's eligibility for reduced premiums and assist in completing applications and enrollment through in-person meetings.
