Provides confidential, safe disposal of used syringes and offers free supply of new syringes on a needs based system to help reduce bloodborne pathogens such as hepatitis C and HIV. Free rapid HIV & Hepatitis C testing. Provides overdose prevention training and naloxone kits, nicotine replacement products, and referrals for medical care, drug treatment, and a variety of other social services.
