Food Gleaning offered at Evergreen Food and Goods Rescue
Eligibility
Open to anyone interested in gleaning.
Hours
9am to 5pm from Monday through Saturday and 1pm to 5pm on Sundays
Application process
Must be a member in order to glean. Membership fee applies.
Fees
Membership fee for the Sno North team is $200 per family, annually.
Service area
Snohomish, WA
Volunteers each work approximately 1-2 hours per week collecting and distributing food and other items that would normally be thrown away. Volunteers benefit from the harvest first, but always help and share with other food banks, low-income seniors, homeless shelters, safe houses, transitional housing, clean and sober houses, and soup kitchens.
