Fees

The hourly wage ranges from $30 - $40, depending on the difficulty of the job and the skills required. Person hiring must pay in cash directly to the workers at the end of the day. Additional fees for worker transportation may apply. Workers can be contracted for a half day (five hour minimum), a day, a week, or permanently.

Offers skilled dependable workers trained in many fields including the following:
  • Basic yard work
  • Advanced gardening

  • Construction (dry walling, carpentry, painting, hauling, digging, brick masonry, tiling, demolition)

  • Moving (assistance is limited to packing, loading and unloading)
Employers must provide all tools and all material for the work. Casa Latina is NOT an employment agency, Workers are members of Casa Latina, they are NOT contractors. All Casa Latina workers have received Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training on health and safety in the work place and have their own personal protective equipment including work boots, rubberized cotton gloves, safety glasses, dust mask, and ear plugs.   Workers required to lift 50 to 100 lbs. have passed a strength and agility test. All workers are screened in the national and King County sex offender registries.
