Orchard Project - Low-Income Housing offered at Korean Women's Association - The Orchard Project
Provides a family housing program for low-income families. The Orchard Project is located in Roy, Washington, and consists of five, energy-efficient homes in a rural setting of gardens and orchards. Each home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, covered front and back porches, a garage, a fenced yard, and access to a community garden. Applicant must currently earn 60% or less of Pierce County's annual median income level. Rent is 30% of the total family monthly income.
