Eligibility

Applicant must be an active member of the Cooperative for four (4) months prior to application for assistance. Project PAL is funded through voluntary member contributions. These contributions consist of rounding up electric billings to the next whole dollar and ongoing or one-time donations from members. Qualifications require a family income level up to 200% of the federal poverty income guidelines for the year of the application.
