One block up the hill from St. Leo's and New Nativity House.
Eligibility
Houses should be owner-occupied (no rentals) and not in foreclosure.
Homes must be in Tacoma city limits.
Household income should be less than 80% of Area Median Income, based on family size.
There must be no open code violations at the home.

Once the application is turned in, there will be an assessment of the house for project suitability.

Provides free exterior house painting to low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners during the summer.
Homeowners pay nothing because the program supplies the paint, equipment and training and volunteers provide the labor.
Homeowners are encouraged to involve their family and friends as volunteers in the paint project.
