Any resident of Kitsap or North Mason County who is classified as low income, is receiving some for of state or federal assistance or expresses a significant need. Need to show proof of income.
Tu-F, noon-4pm.
Applications can be found online or in the office. Please return completed applications to the office with proof of income.
No fees are paid to our organization. Help with Veterinary costs will be paid to vet providing services.
