Home Building program: 40-100% average median income, 620-720 credit score, based on family size; need adequate housing, willing to partner, and have the ability to pay a monthly mortgage payment. Homeowner candidates can apply online or at the office.  Home Repair program: available for homeowners in Moses Lake, WA. Must live within 98837, own the home, have homeowners insurance, and be a senior, veteran, disabled person, or low income individual or family. Applications are available on the website or at the office.
