Eligibility

Home Building program: 40-100% average median income, 620-720 credit score, based on family size; need adequate housing, willing to partner, and have the ability to pay a monthly mortgage payment. Homeowner candidates can apply online or at the office.  Home Repair program: available for homeowners in Moses Lake, Quincy, Ephrata, Soap Lake, and Warden, WA. Must live in one of these listed cities/towns, own the home, have homeowners insurance, and be a senior, veteran, disabled person, or low income individual or family. Applications are available on the website or at the office. Homeowner Classes & Information Sessions are available to the public. These classes and sessions range from aging in place, understanding your finances, identifying noxious weeds in your yard, and Heritage Gardens. Habitat Greater Moses Lake is partnering with local community members and resources to provide the information at no cost. Down Payment Assistance is open to residents or soon-to-be residents of Grant County. Income verification is required; applicants must fit within WA Commerce's income guidelines. Eligible applicants could receive assistance of up to $125,000.
