Also provides mental health resources through community outreach and the helpline number. Topics include depression, family support, senior parents of adult children with mental illness, self-help, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and spirituality. The groups are either affiliated with NAMI Seattle or have no relationship with agencies. The primary focus of groups is support, information, sharing, and education. All support groups are free, drop-in, and peer-led.
