Court Services offered at City of Napavine - Municipal Court

The Napavine Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction and provides exclusive original jurisdiction over alleged violations of all City of Napavine ordinances and some state statutes. These charges may include non-traffic infractions, traffic infractions, criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors. The court is responsible for collecting all fines and penalties arising from these violations, and processes and maintains all court related documents. Unpaid fines are sent to a collection agency. The municipal court schedules all hearings and supervises related services including indigent defense, probation services, electronic home monitoring, and community service.
