Operates bike mechanics, riding, and job skills training classes, clubs, & camps for youth. Has a bike shop that is open to the public with some of the most affordable bikes and repair services in the city. Organizes bike rides for youth & adults. Operates a 'Bikes-For-All' bike giveaway program for adults to receive a free bike, helmet, lock, & lights. Operates a mobile bike repair unit, the BikeMobile, which provides free & sliding-scale bike repair in low-income communities, especially those without any bike shops. All program fees are sliding scale and we have historically met 100% of youth scholarship requests for after-school, weekend, and summer programs.
